Strategic, evidence-based care from our clinical team in Las Vegas — for children, teens, and adults ready for real progress.
What Is Individual Therapy at Thriving Minds?
Individual therapy at Thriving Minds is a focused, one-on-one space designed for meaningful progress — not surface-level conversation. Each session is tailored to you: your history, your goals, your patterns, and your strengths. We don’t follow scripts or one-size-fits-all treatment plans. We build a thoughtful approach grounded in evidence and shaped by real clinical experience.
Our work may draw from psychodynamic insight, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other research-supported approaches — depending on what will serve you best. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, or simply feeling stuck, therapy becomes a place to gain clarity, strengthen resilience, and move forward with intention.
At its core, individual therapy here is about creating a calm, confidential space where you can think more clearly, understand yourself more deeply, and build the tools to live with greater confidence and direction.

We work with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, grief, and mood-related challenges. We also support high-functioning adults seeking personal growth, goal-oriented guidance, or deeper self-understanding.

Therapy length varies based on your goals. Some clients benefit from short-term, solution-focused work, while others prefer longer-term therapy to explore deeper patterns. During your initial consultation, we’ll discuss what makes sense for you and create a clear plan moving forward.
